If he didn't like something, he would definitely let me know. While I'm there, they take pretty good care of me and help me out a lot. However, I don't think the employees on the graveyard shift pay enough attention to him. During the days and nights, they take pretty good care of him.

As for this facility, our staff members doing their best. Our administrator is people oriented and makes sure residents are well taking care of. I gave a lot of props to our hard working staff members LVN, med aids, CNA, Housekeeping, and diary members for staying strong throughout the pandemic.

Although I am an employee for this facility, my mother has been and currently remains to be a patient at Rosewood. I personally am comforted knowing that my mom is a patient here because I know that the staff are helping her alot. The staff have even grown close to my mom over the few months time frame that she has been there at the facility and my mother loves that there are more people for her to talk to and socialize with . Also, she was not getting around that well at all before she came to the facility and was very depressed.
